09.10.2019 | INTERACTION OF CENTRAL ASIAN COUNTRIES. ROUND TABLE IN THE LIBRARY OF ELBASSY

Experts from Central Asia took part in a Round table discussion on the development of trade and economic relations in the region. The meeting was implemented within the framework of the signed Memorandum between the Library of Elbassy and the Central Asian Bureau of Analytical Reporting (CABAR.asia), Institute for War and Peace Reporting (IWPR). 

07.10.2019 | LIBRARY AND FOUNDATION OF THE FIRST PRESIDENT ANNOUNCE AN INTERNATIONAL CONTEST FOR JOURNALISTS "THE INDEPENDENCE OF KAZAKHSTAN AND ELBASSY»

The Library and the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbassy announce an open international creative competition "Independence of Kazakhstan and Elbassy" among employees of print, electronic and audiovisual media devoted to a given topic. The purpose of the Contest is to highlight the achievements of the country during the years of independence, popularization of "Nazarbayev's model", ideas and initiatives of the President as the basis of Kazakhstan's statehood, identification of new promising names in the Kazakh and international journalistic communities.

02.10.2019 | THE CEREMONY OF AWARDING THE WINNERS OF THE ANNUAL "III ABAI’S READINGS" IN SOCIAL NETWORKS

On October 3, 2019, at 15:00 o'clock in the Library of the First President of Kazakhstan - Elbassy (Alikhan Bokeikhan street, 1) will be held the ceremony of awarding the winners of the annual literary relay in social networks "III Abai’s readings", dedicated to the work of the great Kazakh poet, composer, educator, thinker and public figure, founder of the Kazakh written literature and its first classic - Abai Kunanbayev. The literary competition has been held by the Library since 2017.

On September 27, the exhibition of Jiri Pacinek "glass garden" organized by the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Kazakhstan opened at the national Museum of Kazakhstan.

27.09.2019 | OPENING OF THE INTERNATIONAL TRAVELING EXHIBITION "EVERYTHING YOU VALUE - FOR A WORLD FREE OF NUCLEAR WEAPONS"

On October 1, at 16.30 in the Library of Elbassy (Nazarbayev Center, Bokeikhan street, 1) will be held the opening ceremony of the international traveling exhibition "Everything you value - for a world free of nuclear weapons." The exhibition is organized by the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbassy, the Japanese organization Soka Gakkai International (SGI) and the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN) with the support of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Japan.

27.09.2019 | CONFERENCE "II INTERNATIONAL MODEL OF THE UN OF CENTRAL ASIA" OPENED

On September 27, the Nazarbayev Сenter hosted the youth conference "II international model of the UN of Central Asia" dedicated to the Year of Youth in Kazakhstan. The project is implemented by the Coordination Сenter of the UN Model with the support of the Library and the Fund of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbassy.

25.09.2019 | II CENTRAL ASIA MODEL UNITED NATIONS DEDICATED TO THE YEAR OF YOUTH

On September 27 at 10: 00 in the building of the Nazarbayev Center will be the opening of the II Central Asia Model United Nations, dedicated to the Year of Youth. Organizers of the event are Coordination center of the UN Model of Central Asia, Library and Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbassy.

20.09.2019 | VISIT TO TOKYO NATIONAL MUSEUM

The visiting scientific and exposition project of the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan-Elbassy "Kazakhstan – Japan: the path to a nuclear-free world" is continuing in Tokyo. Today, the staff of the Library of Elbassy visited the Tokyo National Museum. During the visit, Director of the Library Elbassy Amerkhan Rakhimzhanov met with Director of the Tokyo National Museum Masami Dzenia.
