On December 8 at the Elbassy library was held an official opening of the exhibition and awarding of winners according to the results of the 13th republican competition of children's creativity «Туған жерім (My native land)». The event is dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the transfer of the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Astana and the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The first Republican contest «Туған жерім (My native land)» was started in 2004. The charity foundation for support of creative initiatives and cultural heritage of Kazakhstan «Baita» was the initiator of this project. The republican competition of children's creativity «Туған жерім (My native land)» is annually held on the eve of Independence Day in the framework of the children's project of the Elbassy library «View from childhood», jointly with the UNESCO Children Art School-Club of Astana.
The works provided from year to year, reveal the whole of modern children's art creativity, show the level of professional skill of teachers - the haeds of the competition works. Every year under the terms of the competition the organizing committee is separately stipulated the technique of performance. Over the years, many works have been provided in the techniques of painting, various techniques of the applied arts and sculpture.
Today's event is held in the framework of the implementation of the special project «Туған жер (Native land)» of the program «Рухани жаңғыру» (Rukhany zhangyru). In the conditions of modernization of the public consciousness the ideas of the competition have been in demand. The trend formulated by the Head of State on the education of patriotism is based on the idea «Small homeland lays the ground for love of greater homeland – our home country». This year, to the jury was given work in the technique of «pastel» – more than 400 works from all regions of the country. The participants children from 10 to 16 years, studying in art schools and art departments of art schools engaged in art studios and creative circles of the Schoolchildren's Palaces.
The deputy director of the Elbassy library Amerkhan Rakhimzhanov opened the event. He awarded the finalists of the first contest 13 years ago, when he was the head of the Department of Education of Astana.
– I am especially pleased take stock the results of the contest, the theme of which is devoted to our native land, our Homeland. It’s gratifying that the contest continues and has been developing for more than a decade, provides an incentive and serves as a beginning for young talents. I am sure that you, our little artists, will soon become recognized masters and take part in the implementation of the project «Modern Kazakh Culture in the Global World» of the program article of the Head of State «Course towards the future: modernization of Kazakhstan’s identity», – noted in his speech A. Rakhimzhanov and wished to the children and their mentors creative inspiration and successes.
The deputy head of the Department of Education of Astana Asyl Amangeldiyeva, the director of charity foundation for support of creative initiatives and cultural heritage of Kazakhstan «Baita» Svetlana Mahat, the director of the UNESCO Children Art School-Club of Astana Gulziya Isenova took part in the award ceremony.
Nursulu Nietbaeva (Mangistau region, Beyneu district), Meruert Kadyrzhankyzy (Badamsha village), Temiris Gazimzhanova (Kostanay), Ainur Sadiyeva (Taldykorgan), Korkem Sugirbaeva (Mangistauskaya oblast, Beyneu district), Aymym Kosan (Kokshetau), Tatiana Fleishaver (Taraz) were awarded with Diplomas of the 3rd class.
Dana Musina (Pavlodar), Emiliya Zhangirova (Uralsk), Asem Bektemirova (Karaganda), Yasmin Bagitzhanova (Petropavlovsk), Inessa Fatykhova (Rudny), Polina Puchich (Lisakovsk) were awarded with Diplomas of the 2nd class.
Kamila Zhenis (Ekibastuz), Ekaterina Putilova (Shakhtinsk) and Ulbala Tulekova (Shymkent) were awarded with Diplomas of the 1st class.
– I like to draw. I started going to art school when I was 8 years old. Now I'm 13. I tried to express my love for the Motherland in my competitive work. Many thanks to the organizers of the contest «Туған жерім (My native land)» and my teacher Ainur Ashitovna, – said Kamila Zhenis.
Zhansaya Estay from Stepnogorsk and Aigerim Orynbekova from Ust-Kamenogorsk won the Grand Prix of the 13th republican competition «Туған жерім (My native land)».
According to Zhansaya Estay, she started studying at an art school in this year and the competition «Туған жерім (My native land)» became her first. In the future, Zhansaya wants to be an architect.
– In my picture is depicted our capital Astana, as it grew from a small wooden house into a beautiful modern city. Winning in such competition is a great achievement, I'm proud of it. I am finishing art school and I wants to continue study in this direction, to become a designer, – told about her plans Aigerim Orynbekova.
The work of the winners of the the competition «Туған жерім (My native land)» will be exhibited in the building of the Museum of the Elbassy library during a month. «Туған жерім (Native land)» exhibition will be till January 8, 2018.
