Deputy Head of the Department of education of Stepnogorsk Altyn Ospanova congratulated all those present on the upcoming Day of the First President and thanked the leadership and employees of the Library of Elbassy for organizing the event:
- It is necessary to instill patriotism in children not with beautiful words, but with an appeal to bright pages of history, which arouse pride for the country and the people. The archival documents and photographs presented today at the lectures are a confirmation of the high achievements and the thorny path that our country has passed during the years of independence. The gains of independence are inextricably linked with the name of the First President of the country Nursultan Nazarbayev. It is deeply symbolic that the Kazakh model of the country's development is called "Nazarbayev's model" all over the world. The future of the country is in the hands of our younger generation and, I hope, they will be worthy successors of the great achievements of independence.
Not only teachers but also school students appreciated the diverse, informative, innovative lessons.
Konnikova Elina, a student of 9th-grade of school № 6:
- The lecture on the history of our capital was informative and fascinating. The history of the capital and the history of independence are inseparable. I liked the words of N. Nazarbayev that the capital is not only buildings, architecture, it is, first of all, people. And we, the youth, as the future of our country, should study well and respect our history in order to make a worthy contribution to the development of the state. I want to congratulate everyone on the upcoming holiday and wish all Kazakhstanis prosperity!
Balnur Osmanova, a student of the 10th-grade of school No. 2:
- We learned a lot of interesting things about the biography of N. Nazarbayev. He has made an invaluable contribution to the prosperity of our country. For us, he is the founder of an independent state, an example of a true patriot and a politician of international level. I would like to thank all the lecturers for the exciting lessons. I would like to see as many such non-traditional events as possible.
Karakat Bazarbay, a student of the 5th-grade of school No. 6:
- We listened to a lecture on the creation of tenge. Our national currency is recognized as the most beautiful in the world by design and the most secure. In the future, we will be very much in need of the knowledge gained from the lecture. We need to know our history.
