On February 19, 2020, a Memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbassy and the National military-patriotic center of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
It is a good tradition of the Library of Elbassy to hold visiting museum lessons from the series "Exhibits have spoken..." in pre-school institutions of the capital. On February 14, the lesson "My family tree is a part of the genealogy of our country" was held in kindergarten № 5 "Akbota". The lesson was held in the form of an "ABC guide" through the halls of the Museum of the Library of Elbassy. "ABC guide" is a unique combination of games and educational excursions, during which children get acquainted with the bright pages of national history and amazing museum exhibits.
A Memorandum of cooperation between the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbassy and the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan was signed in Almaty today. The purpose of the document is to cooperate in the implementation of joint cultural, educational and research projects, including in the framework of promoting the ideas and initiatives of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev.
On February 13, a two-day training seminar "The way to the future begins with everyone" was completed in the Library of Elbassy, which was attended by students of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.
On 13 February between the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbassy and the Law Enforcement Academy under the Prosecutor General of Kazakhstan a Memorandum on cooperation was signed.
The signing of the agreement was a logical continuation of the established cooperation between the two institutions.
The scientific collection "On the way to a nuclear-free world: initiatives of Elbassy" reveals the contribution of Kazakhstan to strengthening global nuclear security through the prism of initiatives of Elbassy N. Nazarbayev to create a nuclear-weapon-free zone. The book was prepared by the creative group of scientists of the Library of Elbassy under the scientific supervision of Doctor of political science, Professor M. B. Kasymbekov.
The new flow of students arrived at the Library of Elbassy to participate in the training seminar "The way to the future begins with everyone". Students of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Almaty and L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University of Nur-Sultan will be the first to attend the updated training course this year.
Today, the Library of Elbassy hosted a presentation of books dedicated to the creative ideas and initiatives of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbassy N. Nazarbayev.

Events dedicated to the International Holocaust remembrance day are organized jointly by the embassies of Israel and the Netherlands in Kazakhstan, as well as the publishing house "Steppe&World" within the international project of the Library of Elbassy " Dialogue through culture".
The foundations of friendly relations between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the French Republic were laid in 1992 during the official visit of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N. Nazarbayev to this country. Then the Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Understanding was signed, which resulted in the expansion of humanitarian contacts, cooperation in the sphere of economy, culture, education, and science between the two peoples. In 2008, N.Nazarbayev was awarded the order of the Legion of Honor.
