The Library of Elbasy is a permanent platform for displaying and promoting the works of young artists of Kazakhstan. In 2011, the project to support creative youth «On the wings of hope» was founded. Over the past 10 years, the project has become a launching pad for many aspiring authors who have had the opportunity to make a big statement about their work by presenting their first solo exhibitions.

Exhibition "Youth is the support of the country"
The exhibition "Youth is the support of the country" is the result of the same name creative competition among young artists, announced on February 12 2019 year by the Library of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbassy together with the capital Union of artists. The main task of the competition is the practical implementation of the creative ideas of Elbassy, set out in the article "Seven facets of the Great Steppe". Within four months, professional and beginning artists created their works on the theme "The Great names of the Great Steppe", seeking through the work to reveal the images of legendary personalities and achievements of the older generation in the history of Kazakhstan.

Елбасы кітапханасында суретші, сәндік-қолданбалы өнер шебері, Қазақстан Республикасы Суретшілер одағының мүшесі Ботагөз Төлештің «Шексіз әлем» көрмесінің вернисажы өтті. Көрме «Үміт қанатында» атты шығармашыл жастарды қолдау жобасы аясында ұйымдастырылды.
